Initial Pons Offering

A token opens when the book is full. Not before.

A preset launchpad built on the Pons family launchpad. Every offering raises against one of three fixed presets — 12, 15 or 24 ETH. Hit the preset and the raise closes and settles. Miss it, and every contributor pulls a full refund. No half-filled curves, no thin books on day one.

Books taking contributions right now.

Three presets. Nothing to tune.

Pick the size of the book. The preset is the whole deal: it is the target, the close condition and the refund trigger.

Starter float
12ETH

The smallest book that still clears the bar. Fastest to fill.

Standard float
15ETH

The default preset. A deeper book without stretching the raise.

Deep float
24ETH

Twice the starter. For books that want real depth on day one.

How an offering runs

Four states, and one number that decides between them.

  1. Pick a preset

12, 15 or 24 ETH. The launchpad deploys a vault locked to that number, with your window, minimum ticket and per-wallet cap baked in.

  2. The book fills

Contributors send ETH straight to the vault. Over-send on the last fill and the surplus comes back in the same transaction — the vault never takes a wei more than the preset.

  3. Preset filled → settle

The instant the preset is reached the raise closes and the full amount settles to the dedicated treasury wallet, ready for the launch.

  4. Preset missed → refund

If the window closes short, refunds unlock and every contributor pulls their exact contribution back. Refunds are pull-based, so nobody can block anybody else.

Why a preset

All or nothing beats almost.

A book that opens half-filled is thin, easy to move, and unfair to whoever showed up first. Fixing the number in advance means every offering opens on the same footing, and contributors know the exact terms before they send a single wei: this number, or your ETH back.
